Staying Young

On Herbs

Herbs are becoming more and more popular in the war against aging. They have been used in China, South America and Africa for over a thousand years. Though there many who believe herbs have no value, research has shown that many herbs have definite medicinal properties. Herbs are used extensively in Homeopathic treatments.
Herbs have not only been used as a curative, they are also used as a preventative medicine. Herbs have been know (documented) to prevent a wide variety of cancers. Certain herbs have shown the ability to attack some cancerous cells whereby providing a cure for some cancers vis-a-vis: breast cancer, colon cancer, prostate cancer, testicular cancer to name but a few.
Some of the most commonly used herbs are: Ginko Biloba (memory loss, circulation, hearing loss, depresion, retinal edema), Ginseng ( fighting fatigue, immune system support, energy, adrenal function support), Green Tea Extract (cancer prevention, powerful antioxidant), Saw Palmetto ( prostate health) and Valerian root (sleeplesness and calming).
Herbs are also useful for memory, alertness, calming, relaxation, energy, strength, wrinkles, smoother skin, acne and a whole lot more. I'm a big advocate of herbs and have been taking them for years with definite positive results.

**Note from the author:
I am not a doctor, a medical researcher or an expert in the field of anti-aging. The information on this website is a result of my own personal experiences. At the age of 59, and after extensive research I began a regimented anti-aging program of my own design with very positive results and no adverse affects. I am healthy, disease free, (not so much as a sniffle in 8 yrs) energetic, full of vitality, in good physical condition and (many would say) look younger than my age would suggest. This website is a result of my passion for the subject. Not all of the products discussed here are for everyone. Before launching such a program for yourself please consult your doctor.
Thanks for visiting my site.
